Litigation Associate Attorney

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to handle commercial, real estate, and creditors' rights litigation. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of relevant litigation experience, strong trial experience, and excellent research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.

This role offers an opportunity to manage all phases of litigation while continuing professional development in a challenging and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality legal work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of commercial, real estate, and creditors' rights litigation.
• Draft pleadings and other legal documents related to litigation matters.
• Conduct written discovery and manage discovery-related proceedings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Handle oral motion hearings and support litigation strategies.
• Manage litigation involving commercial disputes, real estate matters, and creditors' rights.
• Apply trial experience and legal judgment to advance cases effectively.
• Manage competing priorities and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently while collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex legal issues.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, accuracy, and client service.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 5 years of experience in commercial, real estate, and/or creditors' rights litigation.
• Trial experience, including first-chair or second-chair responsibility in at least two cases tried to conclusion.
• Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, drafting, and oral communication skills.
• Strong judgment, integrity, and professionalism.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver is required.
• Experience with real estate lease disputes, equipment lease disputes, bank workouts, commercial foreclosures, replevin actions, and bankruptcy litigation is a plus.
