Our client is a leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions, and value-added services. They are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Salem, Virginia, on-site.
You will collaborate with an engaged group across the organization, most closely with the Design Engineering team, to drive product initiatives from concept to production. In this role you will own projects from idea through manufacturing, turning complex challenges into high-quality, manufacturable solutions.
You will help shape performance, cost, and reliability while ensuring customer requirements and regulatory standards are met. You will work with suppliers and cross-functional teammates to translate concepts into robust designs you can be proud of. This is a hands-on engineering role that values initiative, clear communication, and strong problem-solving.
