o BLS, NRP
o RRT. Will accept CRT if candidate has more than 3 years’ experience.

o All aspects of Adult Critical Care Required
o Pediatrics and Infant Care Preferred
● Support within the Department:
o Departmental Leadership
o Hospitalist 24/7: Yes
o Intensivist 24/7: No, Virtual Critical Care after hours

o Med dispensing: Omnicell
o Monitors: Masimo
o Unit specific equipment:
▪ Servo I Ventilator
▪ Trilogy Ventilator
▪ Servo Air BIPAP
▪ ABL Blood Gas Analyzers

● Floating:
o Will be required to float per Region needs – will require floating to all facilities listed below, as needed, within scope of practice – DECLINE if not agreeable
▪ Region 3 - Cleveland, Kings Mtn, Lincoln, any Freestanding ED within Region, Central Division (CMC Main + Mercy + LCH)
▪ If floating mid-shift, Traveler will be paid for the time traveling between facilities (will remain on the clock)
● Orientation (facility and unit) :
o NEO
o 2 days departmental
● Scheduling:
o Weekend rotation: every other
o No call
o Holiday Expectations: Travelers will work 75% of holidays
o RTO: Can approve up to 6 days off, excluding holidays – must add time to the end of the contract if unable to meet contracted hours
o Shift times: 7a-7p & 7p-7a
o Schedule cycle: every 6 weeks
